Since they defeated the New Jersey Devils on Monday and clinched their first championship, the Los Angeles Kings have begun making the rounds with the Stanley Cup.

Traditionally, each member of the team spends a day with the Cup, and in the past, teams have taken the iconic trophy everywhere from baptisms to strip clubs.

So far, the Kings have taken the cup through their favorite bar in Hermosa Beach, on Jay Leno and Jimmy Kimmel’s late-night talk shows, and to team captain Dustin Brown’s backyard, where it served as a giant goblet of chocolate milk for his Spiderman-clad sons.

The Kings and their cup are set to appear at Dodger Stadium on Wednesday night before the game between the Angels and Dodgers. Tickets to the Kings's "championship rally" and parade Thursday are sold out.

"My 3-yr-old said if he were on the ‪#LAKings‬ he'd take the ‪#StanleyCup‬ to @Disneyland + spin it around inside the Mad Hatter's teacups," a fan named Elizabeth Jenkins tweeted.

Some hockey fans said they'd enjoy a drink or a meal from the Cup -- Jello, mac-n-cheese or just to be different, "something lame" like salad and water, a user named Andy tweeted.

Where should the Kings take the Cup next? What would you do if you had a day with the Cup? Let us know by tweeting @LANOW or responding on the Los Angeles Times Local Facebook page.
